SUDCAVI srl is a company from Naples founded by De Angelis’ family into 1976.
The experience in the cables’ sector of Mr. Salvatore De Angelis actually began several years earlier, having initially worked as a machine operator in a large local manufacturer (AVINO CAVI), early reaching the position of factory manager and then creating his first personal company (CED), prelude to the foundation, with the help of his family, of SUDCAVI.
In the first years of activity, Sudcavi’s production was dedicated to the production of cables for the electricity / energy sector; afterwards, following the needs of the market’s evolution, it focused the attention on special cables, establishing itself as one of the main players in the Italian market.
After operating approx. 20 years in the national market, at the beginning of the 90s the De Angelis family met and began to collaborate with Graziani family, specialists in the sale of cables on the export market and since then they developed a winning synergy that today engages the two families at 360 ° in both production and commercial management.
Operating in an international context, Sudcavi is constantly attentive to the evolution of the market both at an innovative and certification level, and therefore its products are always updated according to current regulations; in particular with regards to the fire resistance of the anti-theft and security cables (main core business), Sudcavi got immediately certifications in 2017 for CPR Eca class, in 2019 for CPR B2ca class and in 2020 for CPR Cca class.

Dear Customer,
Starting from 01/07/2017 there is the new CPR regulations (Construction Products Regulation) and so all products must follow the EN 50575 rule. The aim of CPR is to guarantee the free circulation of construction’s products inside UE Zone by defining the performances, characteristics and markings);
So are giving you here below some indications which can help you to understand better this rule and which products and operators are involved in it:
- It’s a European rule which establishes the basis requirements and main harmonized characteristics for all products which are produced to be installed permanently in civil engineering plants.
- Guarantee the free circulation in the UE of construction’s products and defend the market from not compliant cables;
- Any product which is introduced in the market ready to be installed permanently in construction’s plants (for example: window fixtures, doors, cables etc..)
- All people included in the commercial chain: producer- agent – distributor – importer – and also the professional figures and Authorities of the States member of UE;
- National Classification Criteria for construction’s cables (see Table CEI UNEL 35016, ref: all. n.1) ;
- CE Marking compulsory;
- New mandatory documents, such as DoP (Declaration of Performance), AVCP (System of evaluation and control of performances’ perseverance).

Data may be processed by the staff, when authorized by a letter of engagement, according to the methods required by Privacy Law and received by special written instructions. Data may be disclosed to third parties to fulfill obligations required by law or a contract which the party is part of or for administrative, financial or business requirements (in case do not prevail the rights and Fundamental Freedoms, dignity or a legitimate interest of the data subject).
Everyone involved may require at any time , without formalities the list of third parties who may have access to data ( as Officers, Representatives or autonomous Licensees of the treatment).
5. Rights of the data subject
We inform you regarding these data, the data subjects can exercise the rights under Article 7 and further Legislative Decree 196/2003, under Article 15 and further Regulation EU N. 2016/679, in particular have the right to access its personal information, ask for the adjustment, updating and cancellation, when incomplete,

7. Data collection and consent to treatment
The data collection for the explained purposes in this document is necessary, as the establishment of a professional /contractual relationship requires the processing of personal data. Therefore the failure of the data collection will make impossible the establishment of the professional relationship with the Owner and the supply of the requested products/services. The processing of data acquired and used according to the specifications of this information document does not require the acquisition of consent by the data subject, under Article 6, Regulation EU 679/16.
In case personal data are requested for purposes different from those specified in this document, it will be given a proper information document and required, if necessary, a specific informed consent.
8. Navigation data
